Original 70s Recipes: Ham and Banana Hollandaise

On my quest to recreate original 70s recipes, I stumbled across this little beauty from the McCall’s Great American Recipe Card Collection. Ham, mustard, bananas and hollandaise sauce… together…. in the same dish… baked.
